One complete Farrow & Ball colour card with a miniature painted onto every single paint chip - 132 original miniatures in total!

This is the ultimate commission! To date I have only ever painted one complete colour card, which was during lockdown 2020, when this project began. I’m finally ready to paint another full card. I will pour my heart and soul into it and I will need a full year to complete this commission option. It’s a very delicate job because the jeopardy that builds up while I’m painting is intense - all 132 miniatures need to work, individually and in combination, and once I’ve started there’s no room for error. As the colour card starts to fill up with paintings it actually seems to come alive before my eyes. It’s as if it’s illuminating. Relationships spring up between the paintings and dance around in all directions, ideas fly back and forth and it seems to constantly reinvent itself. I can’t quite explain the feeling I get when I’m making this work but it’s very exciting, and it gives me the feeling that anything is possible.
